How do automatic volume discounts work?

Eligible paid seats receive automatic base subscription discounts: 3–5 seats 5%, 6–10 10%, 11–25 15%, 26–50 20%, 51–100 25%, 101–250 30%, 251–500 35%, and 501 or more 40%. One or two seats have no seat discount. Credits, usage, add-ons, taxes, and provider costs are excluded.

Do web, API, and MCP have separate credit allowances?

No. Web, API, and MCP activity uses each user’s fair-use allowance. Monthly included credits are 10 for Free, 50 for Professional, 100 for Business, and 160 for Enterprise. Additional credits cost $1.00, $0.50, $0.40, and $0.30 respectively. Included allowances are individual; prepaid credit availability and sharing depend on your account's billing settings and terms.

Can I collect a PayPal payment with a signed document?

Business and Enterprise users can add a PayPal handoff after signing using Buy Now, Subscribe, or Donate. eSignly does not verify or confirm payment. Check payment status in PayPal; provider terms and charges apply.
